Web Design Diary: The Faculty Fanlisting

Hey. So, I've not actually posted any of the web site stuff I've been doing to this blog, but hey, it's an art form, at least to me. So, my latest project was a fanlisting for the Faculty. Honestly, I was really scrambling to finish it because I had something a bit different in mind. Something simpler than what I got in the end. This one took about a whole day and a half, most of that was gathering resources and doing extra work that was totally unnecessary! But it's a fanlisting, and I'm a fan, it's kind of my job to be extra obsessed for no good reason. 

Plus I found so many good LJ icons! Some are cute and many are just down-right hilarious. I actually still have like 50 more to upload by the way.

This took way long but I'm honestly pretty happy with how it turned out. Pre-Artfight Excitement

Hey. I've been feeling like shit this week and the week before but there's some good news. The 2025 Artfight theme has been revealed and while I'm not nearly as excited for this theme as everyone else seems to be, I'm just glad it's coming. Fossils vs Crystals, I'm team crystals. If we lose this year that will be my 4th consecutive loss which I'm going to officially call a curse at that point. Truth is I never do Artfight to win, I just wanna share some art with some folks, get some art back, all that. This year I want to make at least 11 attacks, especially to hit up some mutuals and those I attack every year, I'll post about my progress over here. Meanwhile, here's my card for this year with five OCs (in order: Naomi, Dan, Josephine, Percy, Euphrosyne). Most of them don't have deep lore and just look cool to me (this is not usually the case, usually there is too much lore).

 Anyway, go team crystals!
